THE 420 CHALLENGE 2018

Play your way to the top at the 2nd annual 420 Challenge! Imagine a series of carnival games, a scavenger hunt, a weed Olympics, and Denver’s finest cannabis culture, all rolled into one.

If you choose to accept it, you’ll have three days to complete the challenge.

World Cannabis Week festivities are free to enter. Your first shot at each of the 420 Challenge games is free. No pre-registration or invitation required. Just bring your 21+ ID and join us at Fox Street Compound, all three days.

The games begin at 1pm on Friday April 20 and continue through the afternoon and evening. World Cannabis Week is a three-day event, so you can come back at noon on Saturday April 21 and Sunday April 22 to master all the games and improve your score.

Toss a hatchet into the thicket of weed and see how many buds you can trim down.

How big is a pound of weed? Find out as you kick one into the target of a giant dart board.

Use a modified paintball gun to send a fireball into the bowl, keeping it cherried and the flames alive.

This year’s World Cannabis Week festivities are sharing space with the premier 420 music festival in the nation 420 ON THE BLOCK at the Fox Street Compound. The year-round artist collective will be transformed into the ultimate 420 Weekend Block Party.

How to Play

1. Get your FREE official scorecard at participating The Green Solution locations, available from 4/10 to 4/20 at participating locations.
   Forget to pick up your scorecard beforehand? They’ll be available for purchase at the event.
2. Roll up to World Cannabis Week Block Party at the Fox Street Compound. At the party outside the 420 On The Block music festival, you’ll see the 420 Bazaar and the five different challenges to complete.
3. Let the games begin. Try your hand at each of the games. You’ll get one free try at each game, so your card will be punched on your free attempt. Then, the game attendant will brief you on how to win the point for the game. The attendant will award winners with the official game stamp.
   • Perfect scorecards (all 5 points) will compete in a drawing for Grand Prize
   • Top scorecards (3 to 4 points) will compete in a drawing for 2nd Prize
   • Anyone who tried (0 to 2 points) will compete in a drawing for 3rd Prize

 

How to WIN

Tenacity, practice, and skill are rewarded in this game with bonus points. You can improve your score and your chances of winning with these pro tips:

• Submit more than one scorecard. You’ll get one free scorecard at The Green Solution, but there’s no limit to the number of additional scorecards you can enter into the drawings. Each additional scorecard at the 420 Challenge costs $20
• Play each game more than once. If you didn’t win the game and receive the point on your first try, just try again. Each additional try costs $5. Anyone is just a little practice and a little cash away from submitting a perfect scorecard.
• Championship Rounds – play for bonus points. Share your game experience online and get a bonus point! There are TWO WAYS TO SHARE

OFFICIAL RULES

1. Must be 21+ with a valid, non-expired, government-issued ID to enter and win.
2. Each game will have an official referee to run the game. The referee reserves the right to make a judgment call on the success of each attempt and whether or not the point is awarded.
3. Completed cards must be submitted to the 420 Challenge booth within the 420 Bazaar at the World Cannabis Week taking place at Fox Street Compound in order to enter the sweepstakes. A completed card contains at least the contestant’s contact information.
4. Random drawing from all completed 420 Challenge scorecards will take place at Cluster Studios (Denver, CO) on Monday, April 23 at 12pm (noon).
   • GRAND PRIZE WINNER (1) will be selected randomly from a pool of perfect scorecards (marked with all 5 possible points).
   • SECOND PRIZE WINNER (1)  will be selected randomly from a pool of remaining perfect scorecards, along with top scorecards (marked with 3 to 4 possible points)
   • THIRD PRIZE WINNERS (10) will be selected randomly from a pool of all remaining scorecards from the grand prize and second prize pool, as well as all scorecards with at least the contestant’s contact info on them.
5. Winners will be notified via email blast with subject line ‘420 CHALLENGE WINNER’ by Tuesday April 24. Winners must reply to the email within 48 hours of being notified.
6. If winner fails to respond, the prize will be award to the next drawn winner.
7. Those who have responded to claim their prize will be awarded the grand, second and third prizes and will be mentioned on the World Cannabis Week website, social media, and affiliate sponsor sites. Some prizes require in-person redemption. Rules and restrictions may apply.
